The best solution is to create a habbit. At first you have to work hard and keep memorizing that you you need to take a pill after e.g. breakfast much more can be found at . But sometimes it might be not that easy as treatment can change and the condition as well. So in this case you could try out the classical, old ways: writing what you need to to on a piece of paper and put in a visible place for example in the wordrobe. But in 21st century, when the technical development is growing so fast you can also try more modern ways.
In some pharmacies it’s possible to find special drug device. It have different forms and functions but the basic is the same. The most well-known one is the medication bottle with an electronic timer that shows the amount of time it’s gone since the pills were ltaken for the last time The timer on the cap works as an stopwatch, counting the time since the medication was last taken, and resetting itself when the container is opened. It’s a great option especially for seniors with alzcheimer disease.
Other even more fashionable reminder is an android aplication. Plenty of women keep the app on their tablet and it remind them when they should take the pill, when they have period.
Other more advanced technique is that the device control your body system and let you know if the important factors aren’t high enough. Nevertheless it’s not that fameous yet and not in every condition you could apply it.

Taking pills is rarely a nice thing to do. Fortunatelly others have symilar feelings and they’ve already thought aboutinvented different kinds of devices. Try out few of them & go for the most suitable for you!
